Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Artist Relations Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence online and fostering strong relationships with artists who use and endorse our instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to ensure consistency in voice and brand.

  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed.

  • Collaborate with product management to manage reputation and identify key influencers

Artist Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, their representatives, and industry figures.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for artists, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for artist appearances, endorsements, and collaborations.

  • Help develop and execute marketing and promotion strategies for artists and their work.

  • Monitor trends in the music industry and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and artist relations, preferably within the music industry.

  • Proven experienced in video capture, photography, and editing

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry.
