As one of the fastest-growing companies in the music industry, Eastman is looking for a passionate and professional Regional Sales Manager to drive the success of its band and orchestra brands. This role involves building strong relationships, implementing effective business strategies, and fostering enthusiasm for our products within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is dedicated to creating lasting connections with customers and showcasing the value of Eastman instruments.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

  • Manage overall growth of Eastman Music Company band and orchestra products within sales territory of MT, ID, WY, SD, ND, CO, WI, MN

  • Create excitement and demand for Eastman Music Company products with educators, district music supervisors, artists, and key influencers through various means of engagement

  • Call on dealer network to increase interest and confidence in Eastman brands, strengthen relationships, and increase market share

  • Attend and display at relevant shows, conferences, and events to increase visibility and interest in Eastman Music Company products

  • Create and execute highly effective strategies to meet sales goals 

  • Ensure efficient use of set territory budget with maximum return on investment

  • Provide weekly feedback from field to product managers and management

  • Work with in-office staff to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders

  • Strive to provide industry leading customer service 

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales or customer service, preferably in the school band and orchestra industry, with a stable career history.

  • Strong knowledge of band and orchestra products and experience working with school music programs.

  • Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills, including presenting and training groups.

  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and skilled in time management and problem-solving.

  • Proficient in business software and communication tools such as Outlook and Excel.

Work Environment and Benefits:

  • Remote work from home office

  • Must live within or be willing to relocate to assigned sales territory

  • Moderate levels of overnight travel into the territory

  • Reports to Regional Sales Director
